Principle
SecessionCore is developed according to the principle of Privacy by Design. The website is intended to operate without advertising tracking, analytics pixels and unnecessary third-party scripts.
Hosting, delivery and security
The website is delivered and protected through services provided by Cloudflare. In this process, technically necessary connection data may be processed, in particular the IP address, requested address, date and time of access, browser and device information, as well as security-related event data. The processing serves the secure, stable and efficient provision of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The legitimate interest lies in the secure and uninterrupted operation of this service.
The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Cloudflare may also process data outside the European Economic Area. For this purpose, Cloudflare refers, among other things, to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Further information is contained in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Addendum.
Cookies and tracking
No advertising, analytics or profiling cookies are intended for the website in its currently planned form.
External links
The website may contain links to external services such as Telegram, YouTube and sales platforms. A connection to these services is generally established only when the visitor deliberately opens a corresponding external link.
Externally embedded content
Wherever possible, images, fonts, audio and video content are provided directly by SecessionCore in order to avoid unnecessary connections to third parties.
Contact by email
If visitors make contact by email, the information provided is processed in order to handle the inquiry. Email delivery may take place via Cloudflare Email Routing and the receiving email provider. Depending on the content of the inquiry, the legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b or lit. f DSGVO. Messages are retained only for as long as necessary to process the inquiry and, where applicable, to comply with statutory retention obligations.
Rights of data subjects
Within the scope of the statutory requirements, data subjects have, in particular, the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. They also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
